Policies

On joining PLTC or renewing annual membership, all members agree to abide by the PLTC Code of Conduct (including Tennis Standards) and the PLTC Safeguarding Policy. These are set out below together with other PLTC policies as well as our Constitution; all members should read and become familiar with them.

PLTC WELFARE OFFICER
We take child protection at PLTC very seriously. All members of the coaching team have current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS, previously CRB) checks. View Welfare Officer details.

PLTC DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION POLICY
The aim of this policy is to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and with respect and that members, non-members and visiting teams are not denied access to PLTC because of a discriminatory reason. View full policy.

GDPR/PRIVACY POLICY

PLTC COMPLAINTS POLICY

If you wish to make a complaint at PLTC, whether about someone’s conduct or behaviour or another issue, please refer to the PLTC Constitution, our Safeguarding Policy or our Code of Conduct by following the links above. This will show you what to do and the procedure we’ll follow. 


PLTC FEEDBACK POLICY
To help us improve the club and the activities that run within it, the Committee welcomes feedback from all our members and users. Please contact either the Club Manager or any member of the Committee.
